Wallumbilla Vent Lines

This project required detailed planning from start to finish. Communication was key for this one to get over the line successfully. Quality Process Services were responsible for:

• Development of 10 weld procedures to ASME and Australian standards.

• Procurement of all fabrication materials including pipe, fittings, studs, gaskets.

• Workshop fabrication of 2 x DN400 vent lines & 1 x DN150 vent line.

• Non-destructive testing of all welds.

• Workshop hydro-testing of completed spools.

• 2 coat system applied to all spools.

• Fabrication of structural support components.

• Transportation of all materials to site.

• Removal of existing vent line.

• All civil works required - included 3 metre piers with caps.

• Full site installation of vent lines and stacks, including field welding, NDT, hydro-testing, drying, coating.

• Guy rope installation.

• Dual lift for vent stack installation.

• Structural support installation, including grouting.

• Full MDR documentation package.
