Vessel Repairs

Quality Process Services have carried out repairs in the workshop and also in the field on pressure vessels, piping systems and supports. Common requirements for repairs include:

• Internal cleaning of vessels.

• Material testing - samples taken and tested by NATA accredited testing facilities.

• Post welding heat treatment where required.

• In-situ non-destructive testing.

• Consistent monitoring of heat input and pre-heating.

• Surface preparation and coating of repaired welds or defects.

• Quality documentation with full traceability.
