MSP Flow Reversal Project

This project required careful logistical coordination and journey management. Quality Process Services were responsible for:

• Procurement of all fabrication materials including pipe, fittings, studs, gaskets.

• Workshop fabrication gas train assemblies for 2 APA stations on the Moomba to Sydney pipeline.

• Non-destructive testing of all welds.

• Workshop hydro-testing of completed spools.

• Fabrication of structural support components.

• Transportation of all materials to site locations.

• All civil works required - Detailed excavations were required, with underground concrete supports.

• Full site installation of spool work, including field welding, NDT, hydro-testing, drying, coating.

• Installation of all instrument tubing.

• Structural support installation, including grouting.

• Full MDR documentation package.
